Refund Policy

1. Digital Service
IrrationalSignals is a digital service that provides API access to intraday trading signals. Because you receive immediate access to the Service upon payment, all sales are generally final.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. When you cancel:
- Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- No partial refund is issued for the remaining days in the current billing period.
3. Refund Eligibility
We may issue a refund at our discretion in the following circumstances:
- Service outage — If the API is materially unavailable for an extended period (more than 3 consecutive trading days) due to issues on our side, you may request a prorated refund for the affected period.
- Billing error — If you were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charge, wrong plan), contact us and we will correct the error and issue a refund for the overcharge.
4. Plan Changes
- Upgrades are immediate. A prorated credit for unused time on your current plan is applied to the new plan's first charge. No refund is issued for the old plan — the credit is applied as a discount on the new plan.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to your current plan until then. No partial refund is issued.
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Dissatisfaction with signal performance or trading outcomes. Signals are statistical observations and past performance does not guarantee future results.
- Failure to cancel before a renewal date.
- Unused API requests within a billing period.
6. Pricing and Tax
All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable sales tax. The final amount charged at checkout is the price shown on the pricing page. Tax collection and remittance are handled by our payment processor, Whop, acting as merchant of record.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@irrationalsignals.com with your account email and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
8. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is unauthorized, please contact us first before filing a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to resolve billing issues directly and promptly.
