By accessing or using the IrrationalSignals API and website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

IrrationalSignals provides an API that delivers statistically-derived intraday trading signals for US equities. The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis.

3. Not Investment Advice

The signals, data, and information provided through the Service are for informational purposes only. They are statistical observations and do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any of the Service's content as such.

Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Trade at your own risk.

4. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid email address and password to register.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API key.
• You must not share your API key with unauthorized parties.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. API Usage

• You agree to abide by the rate limits associated with your tier.
• You must not attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls.
• You must not use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• You must not resell or redistribute the data without authorization.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Signals are generated during US market hours (10 AM – 4 PM ET) and availability outside these hours is not guaranteed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IrrationalSignals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or trading losses, whether direct or indirect, arising out of your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which IrrationalSignals operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
